Michael Jackson Costumes – Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses
During Michael Jackson’s Bad tour, from roughly 1987-1989, he traded his trademark Aviators for the Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses. He was rarely seen without these spiffy shades throughout the entire tour. No Michael Jackson outfit would be complete without either. But if you are wearing a Bad-era costume, go with the Wayfarers.

Did you happen to notice that the traditional “Ray Ban” logo was not on Michael’s Wayfarers, but rather a simple silver diamond. We probably could have guessed that it wouldn’t be the regular Wayfarers. Do you remember when he surprised Arsenio Hall and Eddie Murphy on the Arsenio Hall show?–wearing his Wayfarers, of course!
